*We Style-not only do we plan and design gorgeous events but we can help you create the loveliest and prettiest dessert table you can imagine! We design dessert bars with lots of prettiness and pure sweetness with your choice of theme and color schemes. 
*We Bake-we offer a variety of sweet treats: pear bars, mini cheesecakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookie brownies, cookies of all flavors, candy caramel apples and more!

Where is Hello Love Events & Designs located?
We are based in the East Bay of Northern California. But, did we tell you we do weddings in Hawaii too?!? Yes we do! Hawaii is our home away from home. We would love to be a part of your destination wedding! Our services are available throughout the Bay Area, all over California and the islands of Oahu and Maui.
Is it worth hiring a event planner? 
Definitely! We are not saying this because we want your business but from experience, we know first hand how beneficial it is for a bride or host to have a event planner. I want to do a lot of things for my wedding myself, do I still need a event planner?
We say yes! I’m sure you will have tons of people offering their help and might even have friends and family who are very well capable of coordinating events which is great but it is also important to have a event planner so no detail is overlooked. When you have an event planner, we are the sole source of communication with all your vendors. If you have too many people involved, it can get overwhelming and stressful having to contact all of them to make sure things are going accordingly. Hello Love Events will help make things simple and stress-free for you. We will design and coordinate your event as if it were our very own.

There are so many fabulous event planners out there but we like to believe we are different because we come with a complete package. We have so much to offer. What are the prices of your sweet treats and where can I find your menu?

How do I pay for your services?
A booking fee of 50% of your service is payable to confirm your date. The balance is due on the day of your event. If you choose to rent cake stands, you will be required to pay a fully refundable security deposit for the items; before or at the time of collection. We are happy to accept cash, check or debit/credit card via paypal.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non refundable deposit of 50% of your order is payable to confirm your date of the event.
What if I have to cancel my event?
Your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason. However, we do understand life may have unexpected emergencies such as illness or personal reasons. We would be more than happy to work with you and reschedule for an alternative event date, based on availability. In these circumstances, we will be happy to transfer your deposit to the new event date.
What if something gets broken?
We please ask that you treat the items rented as if they were your own, and understand that when you borrow our products, you are responsible for using them appropriately. In the event that something is broken, you will be charged a replacement fee.
